clicktest.world is run by a small team, and one address reaches all of us. There is no ticket system and no chatbot — write in plain language and a person will read it.
We aim to answer within two business days. Screenshots help a lot for anything visual, and the exact page URL helps for anything that counted wrong.

A timer that will not start, a counter that misses presses, or a layout that breaks on your device. Tell us the page URL, your browser and your operating system so we can reproduce it.

Scores, personal bests and history live in your own browser storage, so we cannot look up, restore or verify anyone's result — including your own. If your history disappeared, it was almost certainly cleared with your browser data or created in a private window. How each number is produced is documented on our methodology page.
